The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of National Marine Sanctuaries, Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary located at 33 East Quay Road, Key West, FL 33040 requires a contractor to repair lockset operating mechanisms for doors installed throughout Nancy Foster Florida Keys Environmental Complex (Nancy Foster Complex or NFC). This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 561622, Locksmiths, with a Size Standard of $25M. Period of Performance: 90 Days from Date of Award The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Offer (LPTA).
