The work will be carried out in Pavilion A located at 1100 Notre-Dame West, in Montreal (hereinafter "Project"). Part 1 - Construction: The General Conditions and Additional General Conditions apply to Section 1 - Construction until Final Acceptance. Part 2 - Maintenance service: The General Terms and Conditions apply to Part 2 - Maintenance of lift A-ASC2 and A-ASC3 for the period of one year following Final Acceptance. Bidders are invited to an information session and to visit the site. Attendance at the information session and visit is optional. The information session and the visit will take place on August 16, 2023, at 11 a.m. Bidders should present themselves at 1100 rue Notre-Dame O., Montreal, room A-1418. The information session and the visit are at the expense of each Bidder. They will allow the Bidders to read the requirements of the Contract and to obtain all useful information, as well as to check all the conditions that may affect their Bid.
