Project Location: Screen and Coat o The areas listed below require a maintenance coat. A. H.O. Weeks Center Gym 1 & Gym 2 (low gloss/matte) Maintenance Coat Gym 1 is Approximately 88 ft. (width) and 102 ft. (length) Gym 2 is approximately 104 ft. (width) and 121 ft. (length) Lenmar Dull Rubbed finish should be used. This floor is good condition and should not require any repairs, just a maintenance coat. Any damage that is found should be discussed with the City representative prior to repair. B. Smith Hazel Recreation Center (low gloss/matte) Approximately 66 ft. 6 inches (width) and 98 ft. (length) Lenmar Dull Rubbed finish should be used. This floor is good condition over all. If any damage is found it should be discussed with the City representative prior to repair. C. H.O. Weeks Center Rooms 6&7 (high gloss) Maintenance Coat Approximately 40 ft. (width) and 103 ft. (length) Lenmar Dull Rubbed High Gloss finish should be used. All chairs and items in room must be removed prior to the project starting. This floor is good condition and should not require any repairs, just a maintenance coat. Any damage that is found should be discussed with the City representative prior to repair. D. H.O. Weeks Racquetball Court (low gloss/matte) Maintenance Coat Approximately 20 ft. (width) and 49 ft. (length) Lenmar Dull Rubbed finish should be used. All chairs and items in room must be removed prior to the project starting. This floor is good condition and should not require any repairs, just a maintenance coat. Any damage that is found should be discussed with the City representative prior to repair.
