Reference number : 1751048 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-08-28 OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders to carry out repair work on the envelope, balconies, doors and windows at Habitations Villeray A located at 7240 and 7250, rue Fabre as well as at 6250 and 6260, rue De Lanaudière in the borough of Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie, Montréal. The project consists of carrying out all the work in accordance with the contractual documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes the following: - Structural work Steel structure of balconies and external stairs; Foundations for balconies and external stairs; Repair of existing foundation walls. - Civil engineering works Excavation and backfilling necessary for the work; Partial replacement of the French drain. - Architectural work Fungal decontamination at existing openings; Replacement of doors and windows; Repair of the roof cover and additional insulation on the roof; Rehabilitation of exterior brick siding; New exterior metal cladding; New canopy at the main entrance; New stairs, balconies and exterior railings; Rehabilitation of the landscaping. - Work in electromechanics Replacement of external louvers; Installation of crawl space ventilation systems; Replacement of outdoor garden faucets; Modifications to the electrical input, including panel, mast and disconnector; During the work, the units will be occupied. According to current planning, work is scheduled to start around September 25, 2023, but this date may be modified by OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extension on the part of the successful bidder. The work must be completed within a maximum of 175 working days from the date confirmed in the letter of commitment.
