The work of this project will take place in Warrenton, Oregon and will consist of, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and superintendence necessary for the following: Overlay the listed streets below in with a 2" Asphalt overlay. The work will be accomplished in the summer/fall of 2023. In general, the elements of work include, but are not limited to: 1. Clean street to be overlaid of loose rock, organics, dirt, dust. 2. Grind out areas directed by Engineer. 3. Add tack coat to clean dry street per specifications. 4. Overlay streets with 2" asphalt concrete as specified. lease contact Kyle Ayers, P.E., at (503) 440-1088 if you have any questions. bidders shall comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800-870 [workers on public works to be paid not less than prevailing rate of wage for projects over $50,000]. Contractors submitting bids are required to be registered with the Construction Contractor's Board. Bid security in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject, for good cause, any or all bids upon a finding of the Owner that is in the public interest to do so in accordance with ORS 279C.395. The Owner reserves the right to waive any bid irregularities or informalities. No bidder may withdraw or modify the bidder's bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, until after the lapse of 30 days from the bid opening. Est. Value: $ 350,000.00 Est.
