The Project consists of providing construction area signs; providing and implementing a traffic control plan; providing and implementing water pollution control plan; notifying and coordinating with utility companies and property owners; clearing and grubbing; removing existing white edge line along Altamont Pass Road and Crow Canyon Road; widening existing asphalt concrete shoulders along Altamont Pass Road; installing ground-in shoulder rumble strip and white edge line (Detail 27B) along Altamont Pass Road and Crow Canyon Road; installing combination horizontal alignment/advisory speed signs and chevron signs along Altamont Pass Road, Palomares Road, and Vasco Road; installing delineators; installing segment lighting on Altamont Pass Road at Dyer Road and on Crow Canyon Road; and cleaning of the site at the end of the job 19 percent to DBE firm(s). Submit the DBE Commitment form with the Bid. Submit the Good Faith Effort Toward Achieving the DBE Goal form no later than 2:00 p.m. on the second business day following bid opening.
