The Project consists of providing construction area signs; providing and implementing a traffic control plan; providing and implementing water pollution control plan; notifying and coordinating with utility companies and property owners; clearing and grubbing; removing existing white edge line along Altamont Pass Road and Crow Canyon Road; widening existing asphalt concrete shoulders along Altamont Pass Road; installing ground-in shoulder rumble strip and white edge line (Detail 27B) along Altamont Pass Road and Crow Canyon Road; installing combination horizontal alignment/advisory speed signs and chevron signs along Altamont Pass Road, Palomares Road, and Vasco Road; installing delineators; installing segment lighting on Altamont Pass Road at Dyer Road and on Crow Canyon Road; and cleaning of the site at the end of the job 19 percent to DBE firm(s).
