The work to be performed is bid as two prime contracts consisting of General Construction and Electrical Construction. General Construction consists of furnishing and erecting the steel supported tensile membrane structures, reinforced concrete foundations, and the associated site work of new sidewalks, downspout drainage, landscaping, and traffic control. The Electrical Construction primarily consists of new LED lighting, installation of heat trace, minor electrical demolition, installation of conduit and cable systems.
