The work to be done under this contract consists of the following in Washington County: 1. Construct roadway improvements including concrete curbs, sidewalks, curb ramps, HMAC asphalt, and driveways. 2. Construct storm drainage system including pipes, inlets, manholes, and water quality swale. 3. Construct pedestrian-activated rectangular rapid-flashing beacon and street illumination. 4. Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control and erosion control measures. 5. Perform all removal of structures and obstructions, clearing and grubbing, and earthwork operations. 6. Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans Submit questions only in writing on the County's OpenGov Procurement Portal with the Question/Answer feature on the project page. Prevailing Wage Rates are hereby incorporated into these specifications by reference, and the text for these publications is available on BOLI's website.
