The asphalt will be removed and replaced with new asphalt or concrete and ready for instructional activities to be painted by the School District Paint department or the site provided painters. Tree removal: 5 ash and 1 oak problematic trees , stumps and roots will be removed. Artificial turf areas to be graded for depth and runoff with 3 inches of compacted class II road base and 1 inch of decomposed granite installed. Large and medium sized sitting rocks (approximately 15-20) arranged in classroom room type settings in artificial turf areas Artificial turf spec: Polyethylene - C blade, 60 Oz., 2.0 inch Turfone Fescue with sand infill Asphalt area to be removed, all tree roots removed, graded for proper run off fall and replaced with 4" thick 3000 psi mix concrete doweled in to existing concrete with a broom finish. Tree planting: 3 Hybrid AZH Mesquite large box trees planted and deep watering irrigation system install to trees. Demo asphalt, grade for proper run off fall, form and pour two 3000 psi mix concrete pads 4 inches thick. Pad #1 - 315 Sq Ft, pad #2 - 270 Sq Ft with a broom finish. Form and pour two foot wide 3000 psi concrete V ditch for water drainage - 90 Sq Ft Clean and grade next to west side of portable classroom for proper run off fall
