Contractor is responsible for ensuring the following requirements are met to conduct full depth reclamation, resurfacing and striping and associated work for the tennis courts at Garinger High School. Contractors shall submit a quote on your letterhead. Quotes shall include separate line items for all labor, materials and tax required to complete work as outline in this document. Please note that CMS may not choose the lowest bid but will take all factors into consideration.
