Reference Number 0000327204 The Road Commission for Oakland County is requesting proposals for Storm Sewer Repairs in Coulter Lake Estates, to include all labor, equipment and materials (except pipe) needed to complete the repairs as specified. The project consists of the following specifications: o Excavate down to separated concrete pipe o Lift existing 12-inch concrete pipe back into place and place collar around it. o If existing pipe is not salvageable then a 12-inch CMP will be supplied to install. o Restore existing area o Contractor is responsible for any new materials except for pipe (contractor can reuse existing material for backfill) o See attached plan sheet (highlighted area of work) and snap shot of separated pipe.
