**As of September 14, 2023, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $761,243.50** The project scope includes milling, base repair, asphalt paving, installing stormwater pipes, replacing inlets, inlet grates & curb pieces, new curb in selected locations, replacement of existing concrete curb, restoration, striping, and other miscellaneous work. All work on this contract shall be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days. Brick and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of Treasurer of the Township of Brick for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder is hereby notified that a performance bond for the full amount of this project is required. The Township or the Engineer reserves the right to require a complete experience statement from prospective bidders showing that they have satisfactorily completed work of the nature required before awarding the Contract. The right is also reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities where such informality is not detrimental to the best interest of the Township. The right is also reserved to increase or decrease the quantities specified in the manner designated in the Specifications. ,
