Estimated Project Cost: $150,000- $250,000 Contract Working Days: 35 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project includes saw-cutting, asphalt and concrete removal, excavation in the vicinity of a live wastewater force main, installing approximately 30 linear feet of 18-inch ductile iron sanitary sewer force main including an 18-inch tapping sleeve and valve assembly, and two additional 18-inch resilient seated gate valves. New concrete and HMA patch will be installed. Two pole mounted overhead electrical lights will be removed. Two new lights and conduit will be installed to an existing structure and serviced by an existing electrical panel. A 2 1/2 -inch PVC potable water service line will be installed into an existing building. All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with COF VALVE REPLACEMENT marked plainly thereon. All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier's check, or bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the maximum total of the bid. All bidders shall be on the MRSC Small Works Roster prior to bid opening. Only bids from bidders who have received plans and specifications VIA the Civic Center Annex will be accepted. Copies of plans and specifications are on file for review at the cityofml.com Engineering projects website. Only bids from bidders who are currently on the MRSC Small Works Roster and Plan Holder List with the City of Moses Lake will be accepted.
