Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. Vendors shall submit bid pricing in table provided in Section 1.00. All phases of work required to complete this project shall be included in the cost. NOTE TO CONTRACTOR A mandatory onsite prebid meeting will NOT be held on this parcel.
