This project generally includes the exterior preparation, priming, and staining at the District's Riverview Farmstead Barn and Settlement House. This work also includes repair and replacement of any wood in need and consists of a complete pressure washing of all areas of the building intended to be primed and stained. For delivery of the bid documents, contact Elise Brazzale at ebrazzale@fpdwc.org or (815) 722-9849 This project is located at the Riverview Farmstead Preserve: - The Riverview Farmstead Barn is located at 5204 Book Road, Naperville, IL 60564. - The Riverview Farmstead Settlement House is located at 5212 Book Road, Naperville, IL 60564. These specifications cover complete pressure washing all areas of the building intended to be stained, using a mold/mildew cleaner, One coat of stain blocking primer and two coats of Exterior Latex Satin or Flat Stain depending on which Structure. The work described includes the furnishing of all materials, equipment, supplies, and tools. Also, the performance of all labor and services, and all incidentals necessary to complete the buildings.
