The Atlanta Beltline (ABI) is soliciting proposals, under a two-step process, from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the construction of the mainline trail between Trabert Avenue NW Atlanta and Ardmore Park in NW Atlanta. The construction of this segment of trail includes a potential above grade crossing at Northside Drive as well as underpass at Interstate 75. This portion of the trail will have both on grade and elevated sections. The improvements consist of, but is not limited to, the following: o Site demolition and applicable soil haul off as required by drawing specifications o Establishment and maintenance of erosion control per permitted plans throughout the duration of the Project o Grading and construction of stormwater conveyance system per permitted plans o Construction of a multi-use path as outlined in drawings o Lighting and camera installation and subsequent turn over/connection to the Atlanta Police Department (APD) and the City of Atlanta o Construction of the elevated bridges in the causeway at 26th street o Fiber duct bank installation o Landscaping (may be bid separately by Trees ATL) o Site Walls This Project has a DBE goal, which has been set at 30%.
