Reference Number 0000327058 The City of Riverdale, through its Public Works Department, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for resurfacing of various city streets. The list of streets is attached to this RFP. The resurfacing work shall include the milling of the present asphalt to a depth of 1.5 inches, the resurfacing of the milled pavement with a 1.5" thick layer of asphalt, and the striping of the new surface to match what was there before work began. Any questions or suggestions regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to the named individuals listed below on or before 4:00 pm on August 21, 2023. General Requirements - Insurance Required - License Required Each bidder will be required to submit a bid bond of 5% of its bid amount The successful bidder will be required to submit performance and payment bonds each equal to 100% of its bid amount. *The City reserves to right to reject bids from unqualified bidders or bid the City deems fraudulent.
