**As of October 19, 2023, project was awarded to o LJ power, Inc., awarded amount is $180,898.30. ** The City of Haslet, OWNER, is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified manufacturers for Emergency Backup Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch for the FM 156 PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to OWNER. The proposal Security shall be in an amount of five (5) percent of Proposer's maximum Proposal price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond. Performance Bonds and Insurance shall be provided for 100% of the proposal price to insure the Owner against the system's failure to meet the guaranteed performance requirements as outlined in the Technical Specifications. A General Construction Contractor is expected to be selected by the OWNER around May 2024, who will be responsible for all necessary coordination, labor, and materials to ensure the successful delivery, installation, start-up, and training on this equipment. The General Construction Contractor will be responsible for providing the OWNER with a 2-year maintenance period for all materials, equipment, and labor associated with the FM156 Pump Station Improvement project covered by a 2-yr. 100% maintenance bond to be held on file with the OWNER. OWNER and/or ENGINEER also reserves the right to reject the Proposal of any Proposer that OWNER considers to be unqualified relative to Qualifications of Proposer above.
