Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted in writing via the e-Procurement Portal no later than Friday, August 11, 2023. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than Monday, August 14, 2023. All questions are required to be submitted in written form. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Question Submission Deadline August 11, 2023, 5:00pm The successful Bidder shall provide all skill; labor, material, and equipment for the installation of 17 electrical receptacles to the parking islands along Mallery Street in the pier village to supply power for Christmas lights per the attached plans. Work will consist of cutting trenches in the road to install conduit and wire from the two meter bases/electrical panels as depicted on the plans to supply the needed power to the parking island receptacles. The trenches shall be filled, packed, and repaved after installation. Location of underground services/utilities shall be identified prior to any digging/trenching. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications.
