A number of medians on main line collector/arterial roadways are failing and/or were overed with a chip seal type coating years ago. The result is a number of medians that are failing or the chip seal is flaking off. The functionality and appearance is poor. This project will improve the condition of these medians. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) contractual provisions apply to this project. Davis Bacon Wages ARE NOT required for this project.
