This project includes the construction of water main improvements at the following locations. 1. DuBois Boulevard from Ogden Avenue to Burlington Avenue 2. Burlington Avenue from DuBois Boulevard to Deyo Avenue 3. Intersection of Prairie Avenue and Brookield Avenue These improvements will include the installation of Ductile Iron Pipe water main, valves, ire hydrants, water services, and restoration of disturbed areas. All bid proposals offered must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certiied check in an amount not less than Five Percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, as a guarantee that if the bid proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and the performance of the contract properly secured. Checks shall be made payable to the Order of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Brookield. The Village of Brookield reserves the rights to determine the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, to waiveirregularities, and to reject any or all bid proposals.
