Paving Project: Furnish and place 45 Tons of Flexible Base Replacement, 934 SY of Grade Compact and Prepare, 90 CY of Transition Excavation, 490 Tons of Subbase, 386 Tons of 25 MM Base Course, 129 Tons of 9.5 MM Fine Grade Wearing Course, 63 Tons of Shoulder Backup, 308 CY of Excavation, 1 EA Survey for Grade Control, and 1 EA Road Tie-In.. A bituminous escalator clause is included in this project. Pa Prevailing Wage Rates Apply. The bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract. A certified check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, made payable to the municipality will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
