Blanche Street to N. Burch Street. The alternate bid includes all work required for the grading, paving, water, wastewater and drainage improvements in and around 6th & 7th Streets to construct approximately 720 LF of 8 PVC water pipe, 250 LF 6 PVC wastewater pipe and 290 LF 8 PVC wastewater pipe and associated appurtenances. Proposals shall be accompanied by a cashier s or certified check upon a national or state bank in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total price for the BASE BID, The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond upon the form provided in the amount of one hundred per cent (100%) of the contract price including alternates selected for construction, and a Maintenance Bond upon the form provided in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price including alternates The City of Terrell reserves the right to reject any or all bids, Licensing List jurisdictions and trade categories in which your company/organization is qualified to do business The Contractor Shall Comply in All Respects With All Requirements Imposed by Any Laws, Ordinances Or Resolutions Applicable to the Project With Regard to the Minimum Prevailing Wage Rates for All Classes Of Employees, Laborers, Subcontractors, Mechanics. For this project, the Liquidated Damages shall be $240.00 per calendar day
