It is anticipated that a full complement of professional services shall be provided by the Contractor selected for this Project. It is the intent of this specification to describe the labor and materials necessary to remove and replace (1) existing Trane PCCA unit. These services shall include the following: A. Construction Documents. The Contractor shall refer to Construction Documents included in Attachment A. 1. Makeup air unit schedule. 2. Existing power plan. 3. MAU 1 heating water piping (Mechanical). 4. MAU 1 Mechanical Ductwork. All questions relating to this RFQ must be directed to Jordan Tilley, Contracts and Grants Administrator, via email at jtilley@co.davis.ut.us. The deadline to submit questions regarding this RFQ is August 11, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time Davis County Government (the "County") owns a correctional facility located at 800 West State Street, Farmington, Utah (the "Facility"). The Facility is operated by the Davis County Sheriff's Office. The County desires the assistance of a licensed mechanical contractor (referred to collectively hereinafter as "Contractor") experienced in constructing and installing makeup air units (MAU). The unit is located on the (2) second floor roof of the Davis County Jail. The Contractor is expected to provide pricing, construction documents and overall construction administration for the Project. Therefore, the County has issued this Request for Quotes ("RFQ") and desires licensed Contractors to timely submit quotes in response to this RFQ.
