Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. e. A bid tabulation will be available upon request but will not be official until the contract is awarded to the successful proposer by the Board of Commissioners. Any bids received after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids will not be accepted. Bidders assume the risk of the method of delivery chosen. The County assumes no responsibility for delays caused by the US Postal Service or other delivery services. Postmarking by the due date will not substitute for receipt of the actual proposal. Proposals received after the time and date for closing will not be accepted. No pre-bid meeting will be conducted. The sites that are included in this RFP are open to the public.
