The SOW includes guardrail related work tasks at the City of Miramar. It includes replacement of damaged guardrail sections, posts, beam panels, end anchorages and other guardrail related work. All work tasks include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to perform all the work operations in connection with the SOW incorporated in each task work order. Questions are due by Tuesday, August 1st , 2023, by 4:00pm The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive any formalities or minor irregularities in the Solicitation process, and to award or not award a contract based on this solicitation, as deemed in the best interest of the City. General Provisions a) Submittal of a response for this project certifies that all pricing set forth has been arrived at independently, without consultation, communication, collusion, or agreement for the purpose of restricting competition. b) All expenses for complying and submitting quotations to the City are to be borne by the Responder. c) The Work performed by the Responder shall meet all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations. d) The Responder shall be responsible for repairing, at no expense to the City, any damages that occur from the performance of the Work. e) The Successful Responder must have no conflict of interest with the City regarding any other work performed by the Successful Responder The scope of work includes guardrail related work tasks within the City of Miramar.
