Clemson University seeks a supplier to provide Bark Mulch as outlined in the attached Specifications Clemson University is seeking bids for Double-Ground bark mulch to be supplied to Clemson University Campus and any Satellite location that chooses to use the contract as outlined in the Scope of Work/Specifications below. An award will be made to one offeror that is responsive, responsible and offers the most advantageous pricing for Clemson University. The initial term of this agreement shall be one (1) year from the effective date as stated on the award document. At the end of the initial term, and at the end of each renewal term, this contract will automatically renew for a period of one year, unless contractor receives notice that Clemson University elects not to renew the contract at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of renewal. Renewals may be less than, but will not exceed four (4) additional one (1) year period. The maximum expiration date for this contract will be no later than five (5) years from the initial start date as shown on the original statement of award. However to ensure all offerors offer the same scope, redlines or caveats put on any proposal may make your proposal non-responsive and not able to be considered. Registration is recommended no later than 48 hours prior to bid close. It is highly encouraged that you submit your bid prior to the closing date. Question Deadline 08/09/2023 at 4:30 PM ET
