This solicitation is for the government's requirement for the services required to install new evaporators and line-sets on boxes A, B, C, D at Bldg. 834 Cannon Drive, Little Rock AFB, AR. 72099. Work shall be accomplished within 60 days of contract award. The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and services for each box. Box A & B (Freezer & Meat Thaw) shall have electric defrost. Box C & D are refrigerators for produce and other cooking products. Contractor is responsible replacing Box A, B, C, and D line-sets from the compressor to the evaporator. Contractor is responsible for fabricating a pit where the underground line-set sleeves enter the building. 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items To be determined to be responsive, all quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation and sent to the identified POC's. If your quote is determined to be non-responsive, it will not be further considered for award. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price, extended price, and total price blocks along with all information required in the table requesting company information, including vendor signature. b) Complete the bottom portion of page six (6) of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document. c) Review ENTIRE solicitation and fill in all required provisions and clauses. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. d) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission. e) A site visit will be held at Little Rock AFB, AR at 09:00 AM (CDT) Thursday, 24 August 2023.
