Each tier of the proposed structure will have a footprint of approximately 35,000 square feet with vehicle entrance(s) and exit(s) to be determined. The City anticipates 150 parking spaces to be within the parking structure portion of the building. The intent of the building is to serve as office space for city staff as well as both public and employee parking for the civic campus. The Architect will perform services required in the entitlement, design, and construction of the proposed project. The Architect will perform services customarily and typically rendered to complete all necessary field work, surveys, design, engineering, technical specification development, entitlement, and regulatory agency coordination.
