*This project will be rebid.* The project consists of draining Sharon Lake and repositioning accumulated sediment within the lake to construct new wetland areas. Demolition includes removal of an existing fishing pier. New construction includes rock weirs positioned throughout the lake, a new fishing pier, and a new kayak launch. New wetland construction includes planting & establishing vegetation. Included in the work is dewatering operations and odor control. Finally, the lake water level is to be re-established. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening date. Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
