Scope of Work: The work under this contract includes furnishing all necessary machinery, tools, apparatus and other means of construction, do all the work, and furnish all materials and equipment specified, except as otherwise specified in the contract documents. When the executed agreement and the required bonds have been approved by the Owner, the remaining bid bonds will be returned. Form: All bids must be made on the required bid fo Form: rm. All blank spaces must be filled in, in ink or typewritten, and must be fully completed and executed when submitted. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal.
