The City of Euclid's Division of Community Development, through the Department of Planning and Development, is requesting proposals from qualifying and appropriate contractors for replacement of approximately 252 feet of sidewalk block, and the installation of an ADA accessible pedestrian apron at Russell Avenue, in front of Russell Park. Funding and support for this program will be from the City of Euclid's annual allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) monies, through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Davis-Bacon and Labor Standards Agency/Contractor Guide (2022), and the Addendum, from U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is attached. Successful bidder will be required to coordinate with Prevailing Wage Coordinator Linda Beck, Mayor's Secretary for the City of Euclid at (216) 289-2786 or via email at lbeck@cityofeuclid.com Project to be completed per negotiation on mutually agreed upon date.
