Abatement work will be required by a licensed abatement contractor prior to the beginning of any work on site. In addition, the scope of this project will include but is not limited to the following: o General construction, mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction for the renovation of the first and second floor of the county building at 70 Bunner Street to be used for the Board of Elections, Office for the Aging, and Public Defender departments. o New exterior windows and doors o Building additions in the Board of Elections department. o Associated site work at the new Board of Elections loading dock and entrance. 2.2. SUMMARY Oswego County's Buildings and Grounds Department maintains county buildings and properties as well as oversees all contracts for the renovation or construction of county facilities. The project location at 70 Bunner St. includes (1) one building, two stories in height, that houses county departments including: The Health Department, Office for the Aging and Assigned Council. The building will be renovated to also include the county Board of Elections and Public Defender
