GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Main Street Cafe Building Repairs project consists of repairs to the roof, repairs of kitchen plumbing, placement of appliances, electrical repairs, repairs to walls, painting the interior and exterior building, repairing the refrigeration system and providing other cosmetic repairs that will, as much as practicable, return the building, located at 101 Main Street, to its appearance and condition preceding the fire damage. All work on the project must meet the Madison Station Historical Preservation Commission's requirement that all exterior and/or cosmetic repairs conform with the previous condition of the Main Street Cafe Building in accord with maintaining the building's historical condition and appearance. The project must be completed within ninety (90) days from the issuance of a notice to proceed. 2. DRAWINGS, PLANS, AND DATA The drawings and plans depicting and further describing the scope and detail of the Work are presented with this Bid Packet and are incorporated herein by reference (See Exhibit A: Bid Specifications).
