The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain the services of an experienced and qualified team to complete final design and provide tender documents, specifications, drawings, and construction inspection services for the installation of a new ozone water treatment system at the Peterborough Water Treatment Plant (WTP). TIMELINE: An RFP for final design services has been issued by the owner. The Final Design and Tender Specifications are to be completed by November 3, 2024. Anticipated tender date is December 2024 for construction in 2025. This scope of work is not intended to be all encompassing and complete. The submitted Proposal should expand on the scope of work with a listing of work activities that the Consultant would undertake for a complete project using their expertise and best practices. This will demonstrate your understanding and approach to the project. Subsequent to the award of the assignment PUGSC, in consultation with the successful Consultant, may refine the project requirements if necessary.
