The last day for submission of questions will be August 10th, 2023, and the last addendum will be issued by August 11th, 2023. A Pre-Bid meeting will not be held. Schedule C Bores & Alternate Bores August 24th A pre-bid meeting is not required but it is recommended that the BIDDER visit the site during normal working hours to review the site conditions. All technical questions must be directed to the ENGINEER. Work to be performed generally includes: Schedule C-Bores & Alternate Bores: all materials, construction, and installation of approximately 710 LF 30 HDPE and two alternate 30 HDPE bores, approximately 275 LF and 1061 LF. The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish Payment and Performance Bonds and comply with the insurance provision as specified by the Contract Documents. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. Basis of award will be the lowest responsive and responsible Bid as determined by the OWNER. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any irregularities or to waive any technical defects in the bidding process as the best interest of the OWNER may be served. The OWNER also reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
