The project involves conceptual, preliminary, and final design to improve traffic flow, correct surface drainage deficiencies, construct additional parking, and improve multimodal transportation connectivity along the Santa Rita entrance road from US Highway 160 to the gate of the Santa Rita Water Reclamation Facility (SRWRF). The improvements may include but are not limited to design of widening of roadway and parking areas; regrading and replacement of asphalt; improving pedestrian connectivity; realignment of curb and gutter; and modification of landscaping and irrigation systems.
