Boiler Replacement at Central School Building Located at 55 Jones Bend Rd., Paris, TN Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Install (2) new 999,000 BTU 98% efficient Lochinvar Boilers 1. Removal of existing boiler 2. Installation of the new boilers 3. Replace (2) boiler pumps 4. Necessary piping on heated water piping and gas piping A. This includes removing 3-way valve and installing (2) 4-inch t's in hot water supply & returns as recommended by boiler manufacturer B. All heating water piping will be groove schedule 40 steel pipe 5. Disconnecting & reconnecting the electrical power including a new circuit from electrical panel for second boiler 6. Reinstalling all the heating water piping as required 7. New PVC Flue pipe terminating out of the wall by where power enters building 8. Addition of wells and control wiring to new boiler 9. Condensate piping and installation of condensate neutralization kits 10.Installation of emergency stop 11.Submit all necessary paperwork to the State of Tennessee for boiler inspection 12.Clean up and removal of all job site debris *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
