It is the intention of the University to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity per awarded contract. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of 3 (three) years], with an option in favor of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to 2 (two) x 1 (one) year options]. The first year of the contract will be considered a qualifying year and Brock University reserves the right to cancel the contract should the performance of product, cost or service not be satisfactory.
