This blanket contract is in place to ensure all roof maintenance required by the various city buildings are completed on a timely basis by a qualified roof contractor. To provide all materials, labour and equipment and resources necessary to provide Roofing Maintenace and Repair Services to various locations located within the City of Brampton for a 2-year period, plus two 1-year optional extensions. Repairs shall be on an as and when required basis, for various sites located within the City of Brampton. This service shall be used for day-to-day repairs not to exceed a value of $25,000.00 (excluding taxes) per repair and emergency repairs at any dollar value. Any job in excess of $25,000.00, the City reserves the right to have it competitively priced.
