Description The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to restore E Penthouse floor epoxy coating for entirety of one room of approximately 90x180 or 16,200 GSF , with options to (1) replace flooring and carpeting for 12 rooms in H200 and H200B2, (2) replace fire sprinkler isolation valves, pressure relief valves, rusted fittings and corroded heads in parking garage B1 East and West, (3) renovate eight emergency department secure hold rooms, (4) restore hospital wall paneling for 150 exam and treatment rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors of H200 Hospital, (6) restore isolation and shower mix valves for 24 rooms at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton (NHCP / CPEN) in accordance with all Federal, State, and Installation codes and laws, to include preparation of a design as discussed below. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with all NHCP / CPEN standards and in coordination with FMD, Safety and the Fire Marshall. The contractor shall provide an Infection Control Risk Assessment plan (ICRA) and a Pre- Construction Risk Assessment plan (PCRA) per Facility Maintenance Department (FMD) standards and requirements. For all work to be at Building H200 Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, CA., the contractor is required to visit the site and familiarize himself with the project, site conditions, working conditions and considerations that will affect both the contractor and the Hospital Staff and Facilities department operations. The contractor is encouraged to highlight any elements that are noted during the site visit and clearly note them in his proposal. 2.1.1 Site.
