This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to mill & resurface the Annex Vehicle Sallyport at the Eastern Correctional Institution, Westover, MD. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to certified small business vendors. The contractor shall have all project work completed and ready foe complete acceptance by owner within the specified 120 calendar day time period , of notice to proceed. Question Deadline 08/15/2023 at 11:00 AM ET The deadline for questions has been established. Please submit all questions to the Procurement Officer: James Alston - james.alston1@maryland.gov and Supervisor Christine Stenhouse - christine.stenhouse1@maryland.gov This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to mill & resurface the Annex Vehicle Sallyport at the Eastern Correctional Institution, 30420 Revells neck Road, Westover, Maryland 21890. The proposed project shall include, but is not limited to the following: a. The taper or "feather" milling of asphalt edges for 500 Sq. ft. 12" back from concrete Limits of work to the depth of 1.5 inches thickness from asphalt grade. b. Installation of pavement fabric to the entire Square Footage of the vehicle sallyport approximately 500 Sq. Ft.. c. The installation of a two inch "wedge and level" finish course, to the entire Vehicle Sallyport Square Footage approximately 500 Sq. Ft. tapering into the milled concrete limits of work.
