The project includes Stages 20 and 21 mechanical, electrical and life safety improvements along with other office improvement areas for Phase 3C. Stages 20 and 21 work is extensive mechanical, electrical, life safety renovations which also include architectural and structural improvements on 3rd Floor and 3rd Floor Mezzanine. Office improvements include architectural renovations to walls, ceilings, floors as well as revisions to mechanical, plumbing, electrical and low-voltage systems as needed for new space configurations on various floors of the building. The office improvements are on 3rd Floor and 3rd Floor Mezzanine and there are also smaller office improvements on 1st Floor, 2nd Floor and their adjoining mezzanine areas. Stages 20 and 21 are approximately 33,000 SF and office improvement areas are approximately 60,000 SF.
