The City of Albuquerque Transit Department is seeking bids for Bus Stop Sign Replacements. Questions Due Date: Aug 23rd 2023, 2:00 PM MDT The term of the Contract shall be for one (1) year from the date of award with the option to renew for an additional two (2) years. The term of the Contract shall not exceed a total Contract term of three (3) years. Payment Bond, Performance Bond and/or Labor and Materials Bond. The Awarded Bidder shall furnish separate surety bonds equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the price specified in the Contract each as security for the faithful performance of the Contract and for the payment of all labor and materials. Wage Rates. This is a federally-funded Public Works contract subject to the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act, 40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq . and the Public Works Minimum Wage Act, Section 13-4-11 through 13-4-17 et seq NMSA 1978 as amended. Minimum Wage Rates as determined and published by the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions, Public Works Bureau or U.S. Department of Labor Wage Decision, shall be in effect and used by the Awarded Bidder during the life of the Contract. The sole point of contact for this RFB is the Purchasing Division. Questions regarding this RFB should be directed to the following Purchasing representative unless otherwise specified in the solicitation.
