The Town of Salisbury is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors possessing the necessary qualifications, experience and technical expertise to provide on-call services for the Emergency Repairs of the Town of Salisbury's Water Distribution System. The contract term will begin on August 21, 2023 and continue through to August 31, 2024. The term of the contract is for one year, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. Any renewals will be in writing between the Town and the awarded contractor. The Proposal Guaranty shall be in the form of either cash, bid bond, certified check, bank treasurer's check, or bank cashier's check, made payable to the Town of Salisbury in the amount of 5% of the value of the Base Bid. A performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, will be required in the form described in the Information for Bidders. This project is subject to the schedule of state prevailing wage rates. The Town is the awarding authority for this contract and reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid tendered
