Request for Qualifications For Professional Engineering Services in the planning of SR 516 Pedestrian Bridge Project 2023-25 Transportation Budget Covington, WA 98042 The City of Covington is requesting qualifications from qualified engineering consultants or consultant teams with experience in completing feasibility studies, preparing design plans and specifications, cost estimates, and construction management for civil and transportation projects especially related to pedestrian bridge design. The City will conduct interviews with three to five qualified consultants for the SR 516 Pedestrian Bridge Project. The selected consultants should be knowledgeable about Washington State and City of Covington standards, State and Federal regulations, and project implementation requirements. Must have experience in feasibility studies and planning projects. The City of Covington encourages disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consulting firms to respond. The project is state funded through the 2023-25 Transportation Budget.
