Sealcoating and striping (approximately ±10,603 sy) 1. Area: approximately 10,603 sy. Exclude newly paved tennis and pickleball parking lot. Exclude fenced in maintenance area. Exclude walking trail. 2. Contractor to provide traffic control: traffic control (cones, barrels, type iii) and Temporary construction signage. Contractor to coordinate with parks department For sequencing. 3. Material: contractor to apply sealmaster polymer modified masterseal (pmm) or Approved equal. No coal tar products will be allowed. 4. Cleaning: contractor to thoroughly clean existing asphalt. Immediately prior to Sealing, contractor will be responsible for using blowers (brooms & scrapers if Necessary) to remove all loose materials, dirt and debris from surface. 5. Mixing: mix and apply sealer in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. 6. Installation: two separate coats (applications) will be required. Apply first coat, Allow for complete drying, apply second coat. Apply by squeegee, mechanical spray, or Squeegee application equipment designed specifically for such purposes. 7. Pavement markings: stripe lots as existing. Add into bid to install 10 additional Directional arrows.
