The Judson Independent School District desires to identify and select an experienced and qualified vendor to provide pricing per campus/department, for all equipment, cabling, labor and installation, along with maintenance/service for the Verkada keyless entry. Materials include but are not limited to Cat6 cable, 10 connector cable, power transfer hinge, REX, DPS, & Exit Device. 1.1.5 Interested vendors shall be an established company providing this type of service and are invited to respond to this Request for Proposal with the requested information as specified herein. 1.1.6 The vendor shall familiarize his/herself with each Campus/Department location becoming aware of the extent of the expected work and to the conditions under which he/she will be obligated to under this contract. It shall be the Vendors obligation to verify the accuracy of system counts at each location to ensure accurate/correct bid pricing. The District reserves the right to accept/reject any and all individual line items as described in the proposal documents. Multiple vendors are necessary as often one vendor may be unavailable for emergency services and cannot provide timely service due to workload or may otherwise fail to provide acceptable services. Questions submitted by other methods will not be considered. All questions concerning this Proposal must be received no later than August 21, 2023 at 2:00 PM.
