Generally described below: • Install and provide a new 175’ monopole tower with 4’ lightning rod (total 179’) with (5) Site Pro Mounts RDS-296 (Monopole Double Support Arm Kits). • Install a new tower foundation system. • Install a new 35’ x 35’ fenced gravel compound. • All site grading and excavation required to complete project. • Install a new electrical service run to building main distribution panel. • Install new individual carrier sub panels. • Install common and carrier specific conveyance outlets and lighting system. • Install Fire Prevention detection and suppression systems. • Install Alarm monitoring system. • Install a new asphalt access drive. • No water or sewage services run to the site. • Install new building, tower and site grounding system. • Install new equipment building addition and foundation. • Install new cast in place concrete retaining wall and foundation. • Install new HVAC system. • Install new stand-by 130KW diesel generator and foundation. • Install new individual fenced carrier equipment enclosures. • Install new common and carrier specific cable trays. • Removal of existing maintenance building roofing and installing new standing seam metal roof. • Install sub-surface roof drainage system. • Install new vertical prefinished metal siding on existing maintenance building and new construction. • Repair, if damaged due to construciton, access road and/or golf cart path,
