The Town of Front Royal is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide and deliver on-call, as needed, hydraulic cement concrete (ready-mix concrete) to various locations within the Town of Front Royal in accordance with the specifications contained herein during the contract period. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Michelle Campbell, Town of Front Royal Purchasing Manager at mcampbell@frontroyalva.com. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. The Town of Front Royal (herein referred to as "Town") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide and deliver on-call, as needed hydraulic cement concrete (ready-mix concrete) to various locations within the Town of Front Royal in accordance with the specifications contained herein during the contract period. The Town intends to award multiple awards, the Town will appoint the lowest reasonable and responsible bidder as primary vendor to perform task order upon ability; and will use secondary lowest reasonable and responsible bidder if primary is not able to provide service for task order within timeframe required by Town for task order. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure that his/her bid is received prior to or at the specific time and place designated in the solicitation. Bids received after the date and time specified for receipt shall not be considered. The provisions of 2.2-4342 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, shall be applicable to the inspection of bids received.
